During the last two weeks Sharana has enjoyed the positive energy that 4 scouts from the South of France have brought into our everyday routine. Through a link with Judith, Sharana France’s treasurer, they had learnt about the work of Sharana India. The team of four, Jean, Alice, Clarisse and Laurie, has done an amazing job

Volunteers Carlo, Christina, Isha, Priyanka and Kevin have filled Sharana with their positive energies for the past few weeks. Carlo and Christina come from Development in Action, a volunteering organisation that sends young and enthusiastic volunteers to Sharana since our inception in 2000.

The “Awareness through sports program”: now called the “Seeds of Change program”- a name chosen by the children in Tamil, successfully completes one topic cycle: Waste.
