It is about a month since the schools have reopened and it is safe to say that the children as well as all the schools are back to serious work mode. June-August are extremely busy months for our team of 10
The International Day of Yoga (21st June) activities began early this morning with children of Sharana and some other organisations/homes being invited into the Raj Nivas for a Yoga session with none other than our Hon’ble Lt. Governor Dr. Kiran Bedi and the team at Raj Nivas. Our children learnt to sit in silence

A shout out to Vignesh- who stood 3rd in his entire school for the 12th standard examinations- a proud score of 478 /600 marks. The “Thinakaran” covered this in their paper and we are happy to share it forward. Earlier in the year 2016 -17

We are proud to share that the Sharana VTC program production unit –the boys along with Mani have successfully completed another project of the professional woodwork for an upcoming apartment. They created 30 shutter frames, 21 door frames, 11 window frames and 8 ventilation frames for the same. The order took little over 3 months… Read more »
Earlier this month, Sharana received 10 large cartons at the railway station- filled to the brim with Toys for children of all ages- all in good shape and ready to use.
