Recently, members of our team, Founder/President Rajkala Partha, CFO Murugayan.M, Operations Director, Vandana Shah, and Program Managers Prakash. A and Manuel Theremand participated in an intensive two-day workshop conducted by Anita Gaur from Coverdale, designed to understanding the importance of a core team (core leadership group) within an organisation. The sessions explored in depth what a core team truly represents and why it is essential for a growing, community-centred NGO like Sharana.
